By enrolling in any of our courses or services, the student agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Duración del Acceso a los Cursos

El acceso a los cursos ofrecidos por OXFORD ENGLISH CENTER tiene una vigencia máxima de 6 meses, contados a partir de la fecha de inscripción o de entrega del código de acceso, lo que ocurra primero.
Course Access Duration
Access to courses offered by OXFORD ENGLISH CENTER is valid for a maximum period of 6 months, starting from the date of enrollment or from the delivery of the access code, whichever comes first.

2. Clases Individuales (1 a 1) y grupales

Si el estudiante reserva una clase individual o grupal y no asiste sin notificación previa de al menos 6 horas, la clase se considerará cancelada y no será reprogramada, sin derecho a reembolso.
One-on-One and Group Classes
If a student schedules a one-on-one or group class and fails to attend without providing at least 6 hours’ notice, the session will be considered cancelled and will not be rescheduled, and no refund will be issued.

3. Pagos y Reembolsos

Todos los pagos realizados por cursos, clases, materiales u otros servicios son no reembolsables, sin excepción.
Payments and Refunds
All payments made for courses, classes, materials, or other services are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Responsabilidad Técnica

Es responsabilidad del estudiante contar con una conexión a internet estable y el equipo necesario para participar en las clases.
Technical Responsibility
It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection and the necessary equipment to participate in online classes.

5. Código de Conducta

Cualquier comportamiento inapropiado o violación del código de conducta resultará en la cancelación inmediata de la inscripción sin reembolso.
Code of Conduct
Any inappropriate behavior or violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

6. Modificaciones del Curso

OXFORD ENGLISH CENTER se reserva el derecho de modificar el contenido o estructura del curso en cualquier momento, sin previo aviso.
Course Modifications
OXFORD ENGLISH CENTER reserves the right to modify course content or structure at any time, without prior notice.

7. Protección de Datos Personales

La academia protegerá los datos personales proporcionados por los estudiantes y no los compartirá sin su consentimiento, salvo requerimiento legal.
Data Protection
OXFORD ENGLISH CENTER is committed to protecting students’ personal data and will not share it without consent, except when legally required.

8. Uso de Plataformas Externas

El estudiante autoriza el uso de plataformas como Zoom, Canvas Instructure y Google Meets y acepta sus condiciones. La academia no se responsabiliza por fallos de estas plataformas.
Use of External Platforms
The student authorizes the use of platforms such as Zoom, Canvas, and Google Drive and accepts their terms. The academy is not responsible for technical issues on these platforms.

9. Aceptación de los Términos

Al inscribirse, el estudiante declara haber leído y aceptado estos Términos y Condiciones, y cualquier otra política asociada.
Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling, the student confirms they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as any related policies.
